Able Photo Resizer

The Internet makes it possible to publish and share any pictures, but you may be limited due to their size. Overweight images are difficult to handle, even with a high end Internet connection. Resizing them is the best solution if you want to upload multiple images without waiting for too long. Able Photo Resizer includes a rich set of options for batch processing image files. These options are well categorized on a user friendly interface, which means that you may reduce the size of your images or enlarge them without too much effort.

You can use the software on any Windows operating system, from Win 95 to Win 7. The system requirements are not high and there are no additional tools required. Another piece of good news is the fact that Able Photo Resizer comes in a small installation package and it can be installed very fast.

The input, output and processing options are located under separate tabs and you can make your configurations in any order you want. The software lets you insert individual images or entire folders and the created list can be saved and loaded later. Resizing images can be done in multiple ways. You can set a new value for the width and height of the images, select pre set dimensions, resize by percentage or adjust the actual print size.

Advanced options can be revealed under the same tab, after clicking a check box. You can then tick options to prevent from resizing if the original picture's size is less than the new one or remove the EXIF information from the loaded images. It is also possible to select one of many resample filters, a different aspect ratio, set the output quality, or choose a certain processing condition. Using these conditions, the software will only process images which are larger or smaller than a given size or if it is in landscape or portrait mode.

The application is not limited to resizing images. You can also choose a different output format, under the third navigation tab. Here you will also find options for selecting a destination folder, creating a sub-folder and renaming the images by adding a suffix or prefix, to prevent overwriting. The Start button is located on the bottom edge of the interface and it is available at all times, regardless of what set of options you access.
